Data we collect
When you request a pilot, we receive the information from the form: your full name, company, industry, number of people in the field, email address and phone number. We collect no other personal data.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request, organise the pilot and get back to you about it. We do not send newsletters, and we never sell or rent your data.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to contact@alitxi.com.
Who receives it
Only the Alitxi team at MateByte. Your request reaches us by email: it is sent from the server of our hosting provider Nuxit, in France, and received in our Microsoft 365 mailbox.
How long we keep it
Three years from our last exchange, after which it is deleted.
Security
The website is only served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). To limit abuse, the IP address of the device that sends the form is kept for one hour at most, then erased.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, correct it, erase it or receive a copy of it, or object to its use or ask for its use to be restricted, by writing to contact@alitxi.com. We reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies
This website uses no cookies and no audience measurement tools. During your visit, your browser only keeps a small note saying that the opening animation has already played, so it does not replay on every page; it is erased as soon as you close the tab.
